Case blanks are placed in the low-level magazine of the machine. A case blank is picked off the magazine by the unique Rembrandt hinged vacuum suction frame. Then the short and long flaps are folded in after which the vacuum of the suction cups is switched off.

A pusher bar moves the erected case to the closing section where the sealing of the bottom flaps with self-adhesive tape commences.
Halfway the sealing, an arm with vacuum suction cups picks up a pre-fabricated bag from the bag-magazine. A spreading device opens up the bag whilst a guide plate moves down into the now opened bag to support it during its downward movement into the erected case. The spreading device now places the bag in the case and folds the upper part of the bag over the top flaps of the case. The case with bag is now moved out of the Combiplast – completing the taping of the case -and the erecting and inserting cycle recommences.|Dsc00581-small.jpg||news-template2|||200| 250 ||
