105|20|<blankline><br><bold-on>A well-known UK publisher and printer of Confidential Papers specified a <br>case erector<bold-off> capable of erecting Fefco 0201 cases (BC flute or double walled) with<br>or without top flaps and closing the bottom flaps with <bold-on>hot melt glue<bold-off> at a maximum<br>speed of 8 per minute. <br><br>Stringent conditions were placed on achieving consistently the required output with<br>a very high machine efficiency.  <br><br>The papers are Confidential and Extremely Valuable and therefore shipped under high<br>security.  The packaging must therefore also be very secure. <br>The cases are erected squarely with great precision and after manual filling a corrugated<br>lid is placed on top of the filled case. <br>The lid is formed on a Rembrandt lid (tray) former TE-1000. <br>The machines were installed in August and September 2008.<br><br>The case erector C-2000 is available with a maximum speed of 20 cases per minute,<br>whereas the smaller C-1000 has a maximum speed of 25 cases per minute<br><br><green6-on><br><bold-on>The utterly reliable Rembrandt case erectors<bold-off><br><blankline><blankline>|||news-template3||||||
