Rembrandt lid forming and placing machines LF-1000 and LF-2000
The mechanically operated Rembrandt lid forming and placing machines are available in two versions:
The LF-1000 is the compact two-station lid forming/placing machine capable of handling E or B flute blanks. The lid is formed on a forming head where the flaps are glued. The formed lid is positioned on the tray case by means of special shoe-horn type fingers.
The LF-2000 is the high speed four-station lid forming/placing machine capable of handling E or B flute blanks as well as solid board blanks.
The lid is placed loose on the filled tray case and then usually strapped with plastic bands. When the lid needs to be glued to the tray case, then we recommend the Lid Application machine LA-1000.
