S-3500 Fully Automatic Straddle Pallet Stretch Wrapper


The S-3500 is a fully automatic stradle stretch wrapper that fits perfectly into a high output production line with speeds of up to 90 pallet loads per hour. There is no operator involvement required, except to change rolls of film. And no more "traffic jams" or pallets backing up around the machine.

In most cases, the S-3500 is placed in-line with a system of conveyors. However, it can be installed as a free-standing unit. The infeed and outfeed conveyors increase throughput and provide accumulation of unwrapped and wrapped pallet loads

S-300 semi-automatic Straddle Pallet Stretch Wrapper

The S-300 is a freestanding machine and eliminates vibration, stress and potential structural damage that can result from wall-mounted systems. The S-300 is designed for wrapping up to 35 pallet loads per hour.
Most customers use forklift trucks to load and unload. All the operator has to do, is to simply attach the film to the load and cut if after wrapping.
The Q-300 XT is usually loaded and unloaded using a fork lift truck. However, thanks to the low level turntable, a ramp can be added so that a hand pallet truck can also be used.
