Summary of Mode of Operation Easy-Plast
An erected case or plastic tray is fed into the bag inserting position. Then an arm with vacuum suction cups picks up a pre-fabricated bag from the bag-magazine.
A spreading device opens up the bag whilst two guiding prongs move down into the now opened bag to support it during its downward movement into the erected case or plastic tray.
The spreading device then places the bag in the case and folds the upper part of the bag over the top flaps of the case which then exits the machine.
The bag inserting cycle recommences.
