| The Rembrandt case erector C-2000-PH and "the Confidential Papers" |

A well-known UK publisher and printer of “Confidential Papers” specified a case erector capable of erecting Fefco 0201 cases (BC flute or double walled) – with or without top flaps – and closing the bottom flaps with “hot melt glue” at a maximum speed of 8 per minute. Stringent conditions were placed on achieving consistently the required output with a very high machine efficiency. The papers are Confidential and Extremely Valuable and therefore shipped under high security. The packaging must therefore also be very secure. The cases are erected squarely with great precision and after manual filling a corrugated lid is placed on top of the filled case. The lid is formed on a Rembrandt lid (tray) former TE-1000. The machines were installed in August and September 2008. The case erector C-2000 is available with a maximum speed of 20 cases per minute, whereas the smaller C-1000 has a maximum speed of 25 cases per minute The utterly reliable Rembrandt case erectors |
