The RL Automatic is a rotary ring stretch wrapper designed for ultra high-volume pallet wrapping where uptime is critical. It uses LeanWrap® features including Load Guardian® for safe-to-ship loads, Pallet Grip® to lock loads to the pallet, the Metered Film Delivery® System for tighter wrapping with less film, and Load Seeking Clamp® 4.0 to help reduce film breaks.

- ARC – Auto Roll Change option — Carousel holds up to three film rolls and threads to the film delivery system for automatic roll changes. Separate access gates allow film loading during automatic operation. Note: designed for 1321 mm (52") effective width conveyor only; not compatible with 0°C (32°F) and below.
- Cold package — Efficient operation in -1 to -13°C (+31 to +10°F).
- Top sheet dispenser — Automatically applies 2–4 mil poly film (80" / 2032 mm wide) over the load for moisture/dust protection. In-line model applies with no interruption; mid-wrap model applies during wrapping for five-sided coverage.
- Conveyor sections — Available in 5' (1524 mm) sections and 10' (3048 mm) / 12' (3658 mm) wrap zone sections. Close-spaced/tight-spaced rollers, standard/non-standard pass heights, plus safety fencing and additional safety photocells mounted on the safety shield.
- Additional wrap height capacity — For loads above 80" (2032 mm) up to 110" (2794 mm). Increases total operating height to 216" (5487 mm) at standard pass height.
